There may
also be times when you need to call upon additional support and/or consultancy
services for a particular project that falls out-side of the scope of
your Support Agreement. RedHawk can offer our Special Project Support
(SPS) service
To take advantage of this all you need to do is:
* Call or
email your Account Manager or the helpdesk and request an SPS form. We
will then fax or email this over to you.
* Complete the form, sign it and fax or email back to us.
* We will then contact you to discuss the project in more detail and arrange
a site visit.
We understand that these projects are important to your business and require a professional service with minimum disruption to your normal day-to-day business.
Our SPS service will give you a:
* Dedicated
Account Manager for the project;
* Qualified IT Engineer for the project;
* Schedule of dates and time-frames to completion;
* Regular up-dates to completion.
Projects are normally priced in full, with no hidden costs, so you can budget in advance. However, if you require us to, we can charge for services on a daily basis if that is what you require.
