There may
be certain hardware that does not warrant being put on your Annual Support
Agreement but would still require cover in the event of a failure. RedHawk
can offer cover for such items on a Time & Materials (T&M) basis.
This means we would quote and charge per incident at the time this service
is required. You will still receive the same levels of service and resource,
but these would be booked in as required.
We have found that our T&M service is also a good way of introducing our services into new clients, who would like to ‘try us out’ before committing to a full maintenance agreement.
